Chapter 48 Confrontation 1

• It’s been days since I’ve seen Neela, and I’ve been miserable. Every time I close my eyes, those scars pop into my mind. I imagine the many ways she could have gotten those scars, and I hit so many emotions: fear, anger, sadness……just to name a few.
• I’ve been giving her as much space as I can. I’ve been leaving food for her and made sure to give her the meds. I figured she could administer her meds on her own, and she wouldn’t have to see me. It’s been days, though, and I feel, well, upset and irritated.
