• Even though Lucas was confident they had plenty of time before John found out about Eve, they couldn’t afford to relax. After their conversation, Lucas immediately took action and began strategizing with Neil and Arom.
• Neil offered a hiding place in one of his castles, which he had bought without his parents’ knowledge. Arom was tasked with contacting packs whose members had once been victims of John Atwood’s abductions. Meanwhile, Lucas searched for a way to communicate with the Moon Goddess. It was nearly impossible for a werewolf to summon her, as she was as sacred as a being from a higher realm. There was no guarantee she would be willing to meet him or listen to him, and it was almost impossible that she would grant his request, but there was no harm in trying.
