Chapter 41 Consider It's Done

• Eve’s agreement was like an open door for Lucas, allowing him to carry out every step he had already prepared to deal with Berlina and Tatiana from the moment they first appeared in Servaxia.
• Lucas still had to restrain himself until they returned home from the event before he could set his plan in motion. Even after they arrived back at the mansion, he still had to stay by Eve’s side until she fell asleep. Lucas didn’t want her to hear or witness the way he handled things, only for her to end up feeling guilty or changing her mind.
• Once Eve was asleep, Lucas stepped out of the bedroom, looking at her one last time before closing the door. It was their first night sharing the same room, and because of her family, they couldn’t celebrate this small moment. It frustrated Lucas deeply.
