Chapter 27 A Little Surprise

• After that dinner, Lucas’s attitude toward Eve changed. He treated Eve kindly, and at first, Eve found his behavior bizarre. Aside from his overly protective nature, Lucas no longer said or did annoying things that triggered Eve’s emotions.
