Chapter 79 Are You Pregnant?

• Morning light filtered in. Kimberly bustled around the kitchen, whipping up breakfast for herself and Damian. God, the gorgeous woman felt like she’d lost her mind. Last night, Damian had stayed over in the mansion she shared with Fargo. But ever since announcing the divorce, she hadn’t set foot in their old marital bedroom.
• “Why are you cooking, Kim? Let the staff handle breakfast. I don’t want you wearing yourself out.” Damian strolled into the dining room and took a seat. He’d woken up to a call from one of his employees, so he hadn’t realized she was in the kitchen.
• “I’m fine, babe. Don’t worry about me.” Kimberly plated the food and set it in front of him. “Now eat up. I made plenty to keep your energy up. You got home so late last night—I’m worried you’ll be late again tonight.”
