Chapter 44 Unanswered Question

• “Go on, Kim. It’s late—you should get some rest.” Damian gave Kimberly a brief kiss on the lips as the car he was driving pulled into the driveway of Kimberly’s mansion. But unfortunately, the beautiful woman seemed reluctant to get out of the car. Her hand still clung possessively to Damian’s arm.
• “Wait a little longer, Damian.” Kimberly looked up and kissed his jaw. Her mind recalled that Fargo would be home late, so she could safely enjoy a little time with Damian.
• Damian took Kimberly’s hand and pulled her into his embrace. Kimberly returned the hug. They held each other warmly, as if unwilling to be separated.
