Chapter 59 Panic
- Kimberly placed a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the grave marked ‘Karyl Davies’ on the tombstone—the name of her late mother, whom she always missed. The woman smiled warmly as she looked at her mother’s grave. After learning everything about her parents’ past, she immediately came to visit her mother’s resting place.
- “Mom, are you okay? I miss you so much, Mom.” Kimberly spoke softly, tears welling up again. “Mom, I know everything now. Daddy has told me everything, Mom.” She wiped her tears, trying to stop crying. But unfortunately, the tears wouldn’t stop. Her heart ached knowing the truth.
- Kimberly understood that being in her mother’s position was not easy. Her mother had swallowed her pain just to protect Kimberly’s happiness. “Now you’re at peace. I’m sure you’re happy too, Mom. Don’t worry about me. I will live happily here. I promise I’ll always make you proud, Mom.”
