Chapter 29 Dangerous Gaze

• Morning greetings filled the office as Kimberly arrived. She had intentionally come in early, but it turned out she wasn’t alone. Carol was already in her office. A smile appeared on Kimberly’s face. She immediately gave her best friend the souvenir she had bought—a brand-new designer bag.
• “Thank you, Kim! You’re the best!” Carol exclaimed happily.
• “You look like you really like the bag I bought. I’m happy to see you happy,” Kimberly replied sincerely.
