Chapter 21 Under The Wolf

• Nicholette tensed up and turned her back to the wolf, trying to shield him from any attack. It would be useless as her slender frame did a poor job of covering his monstrous figure. However inapt at being a human shield, Nicholette was a good strategist and as any other Huntress, she had already figured out that Beatrice had climbed the plateau that they were in bringing four other Huntresses in full gear and Captain Theobald was followed by eight soldiers, three of them with silver crossbows and five with silver spears.
• In a few moments, as soon as they had accessed the situation, Theobald would order his men to spread around the clearing blocking the exits and preparing a support for the Huntresses and Beatrice would try and flank the werewolf, with herself homing in dead on and the others approaching from behind, in a ‘Y’-shaped attack vectors.
