Chapter 1678 Come to Bed
- Cindy felt the urge to laugh. Aurora’s words reminded her of how she had been like when she first started gaming—she had been just like Aurora. The worse she was at it, the more she wanted to play. The more she played, the more she lost, and the more she felt motivated to play again.
- After a short while, Ian came out of the shower in his pajamas. He toweled his hair dry as he made his way to the couch. When Cindy saw him coming over, she quickly got to her feet and grabbed her clothes to head to the washroom.
- Ian had cleaned the washroom up after his shower, but steam was all over the mirrors. Cindy locked the door before she let out a long sigh. She felt troubled just thinking about the issues she was going to face when going to bed later that night. After taking a quick shower and changing into her clothes, she walked out to find that Ian was no longer in the hall. Even Aurora had returned to her own room.
