• Everyone was on edge, even though the attack had happened almost a month ago, they all were still on the look out for the greater threat to come.
• With each snapping of twigs, flattering of wings and distant sound of an animal. Those in the pack would go on the defence, or stare in the direction of the sounds until they saw that nothing was going to happen.
• Lupa suddenly called for a gathering, making everyone wonder what was happening. Not even the elders knew the reason for this, which Lupa was never secretive with them before.
