• The night was still, and as promised, the Moon goddess had a silver moon casting a soft glow over the pack. It gave Lupa a full view from where she stood and looked out below at the human world.
• Since Asher was no longer a threat, and she wasn’t on edge, she was once again in tuned with nature. Her senses hummed with the energy of the world around her, she even felt stronger than before, which could have been because of the full bond she now shared with Kali.
