Chapter 44

• When Lupa woke up, it was well past eight in the morning, her hair was a tangled mess, and half her body was hanging off her bed. She groaned before rolling out of the bed, and dragged herself to the bathroom, feeling lightheaded as she went. It felt like the best sleep she ever had in a while. After getting all cleaned up, she went downstairs for food, which Kali was just about finishing up with.
