• With each passing minute, Sara was starting to lose patience with that laptop. She had even searched through every trick on her mobile internet, every troubleshooting tip she knew, and none of it seemed to help. She felt like she was about to cry, I was going to lose all her work and have to start somewhere else.
• Desperate for help, there was a knock on the door right when she was about to throw in the empty cup. Expecting one of her coworkers or even Austin, Sara looked up. I was surprised when it was Kevin with the friendly grin etched into his face.
• “Hey Sara, I saw you were still in here and thought I’d pop in,” he said, his voice cheery and concerned. Do you need my help?
