• Just before the meeting time, the room was empty and scarcely anyone came in meeting room. Chris got on a conference table as he talked on the phone, Austin stood near.
• "Maddy, Can I get a coffee here?" I need a caffeine jolt before this meeting happens.” Chris asked.
• Maddy nods and hurries out of the conference room to get Chris his coffee. As she walked out, Sara made herself one last minute recheck on her laptop and projector stuff. She scanned her notes as she got out a stomach dropped realizing she had forgotten to take the project report on her desk.
