Chapter 48 - Wedding Preparations

• AMAYA'S POV
• When I got that call, I immediately ran towards the hospital as everyone tried to keep me outside while most of the doctors were trying to stabilize Flynn's situation. The only thing I can only understand is that the cardiac monitor was beeping abnormally. My feelings were all mixed up and being sober is not helping me at all. I couldn't think straight for one second and my body was trembling in anxiety. All I could do was cry under my hands. I hope everything will turn out well.
• Finally, one of the doctors came near me informing me about Flynn's condition and it struck me when he said that he was awake. I ran towards the room and I saw Flynn's eyes looking around him. I cried even more in happiness. I held his hand as he looked at me. His eyes don't say he was happy to see me but more confusion. I looked back to the doctors behind me, wanting an answer to why Flynn couldn't recognize me.
