Chapter 11 Big Discovery

  • Despite the darkness around me, I saw something weird. As I slowly heated up because of Melody’s handjob, I noticed something glowing on the cave’s wall. Odd. What’s that? I wanted to check it out, but I also didn’t want Melody to stop.
  • Melody kissed me passionately and quietly. Eventually, I couldn’t hold it in, and everything splattered out. I felt… emptied. Then, Melody stopped moving and kissed me as she told me gently, “You came all over me. Alright, go to sleep now.”
  • My head felt heavy, and I couldn’t even say a word no matter how much I wanted to. Before I drifted to sleep, I vaguely saw that glowing thing entering my head, literally.
  • That night, I had a dream. It was a dream of a man, and he was grinning at me. “I was born in a time when people suffered. They call me Solar Deity. My friends and I tried to help the poor and feeble, but we were hunted down by the dogs of the government. In the end, we stayed here on Septimus Isle, leaving seven Legacies for the people to bear. My friends chose to build their own force and spread their name, while I chose to only hand down my legacy to a single, chosen person. This world is filled with nothing but fake humans. I’m sick and tired of them, so I chose to stay in seclusion, even if that means nobody will remember me.”
  • In the dream, the man went on saying, “Bored out of my wits, I left ‘The Path of Solar Fire’ in this cave. Only those who reveal their true nature may inherit it. Happiness, anger, sadness, longing, horror, shock… It doesn’t matter. Now that you have inherited my legacy, I wish you a life of pride, friend. I have also left you my weapon—Flameblade. Find it. And there’s also a Cleansing Pill in this cave. It’s right up there.”
  • A lot of weird words started popping up in my head. They looked like the cultivating mantras one would see in animations. This mantra was called ‘The Path of Solar Fire’. Well, obviously, that was what the guy said it was called. There were five stages to it, and each stage was stronger than the last. I shot up, awake. It’s a dream?
  • I looked around and noticed that the ladies had slept. That might have been a dream, but it was so vivid. I could even remember every detail of it. Solar Deity must have been a man in legends. So he said anyone who reveals their true self can inherit his legacy? If he knows I showed lust, he’d probably roll in his grave.
  • So, I’ve gotten myself a Legacy? From the ancient times? Weren’t those just legends? I closed my eyes and tried to cultivate The Path of Solar Fire, and I noticed something magical coursing through my veins. The sensation excited me, for this was the stuff of legends. Everyone said humans had Legacies in the ancient times, but they were lost. So it’s real!
  • I quickly climbed up the cave and tried to move forward, but the moon wasn’t shining brightly on this night, so I illuminated my way with the lighter. When I dug the place Solar Deity said, a small wooden box was revealed. I opened it and saw a small pill glowing red in the night. Then, I licked my lip and quickly gulped it down.
  • Everything went bright for a second as something exploded within me. I felt unbearably hot, and in an attempt to cool myself down, I cultivated The Path of Solar Fire. Even though I managed to cool myself down a bit, every inch of my body still felt like it was on fire. The pain was excruciating, but the high after that was incomparable. When I opened my eyes a long while later, I noticed my body reeked of excretion, and I felt slimy, not to mention hot.
  • “Mm hmm…” Naomi suddenly came out. She could make out my silhouette under the moonlight, and she called, “Is that you, honey?”
  • “You’re awake, darling.”
  • She came up and held my hand, but I quickly said, “I reek, darling.”
  • “It’s fine.” She hugged me. “No matter what you become, you’re still the best. I know you must have been holding back. Melody and Rosalie are beautiful women after all. I’m here to help, so just see me as them.”
  • I hugged her back, surprised. “What are you talking about?”
  • She kissed me and gently told me, “You can call me Rosalie or Melody, and I’ll respond. You can’t see me anyway, so just pretend I’m them.” Then, she went down on me and gave me the sucky sucky.
  • I shivered, but still, I pulled her up. “No! I can’t ask you to do this when I’m this filthy! Give me a minute. I’ll take a bath, and I won’t pretend you’re someone else, Naomi.”
  • “But it’s fine.”
  • “No! I won’t allow you to see yourself as lesser than them! You’re my woman! Someday, I’ll marry you!”
  • Naomi trembled, and she leaned against my embrace. “Only you see me as a woman. Everyone else…”
  • “Right. I have to take a shower now.” When I tried to pick her up, I noticed Naomi was really light. No, wait! I’m the one who became stronger!
  • Naomi was surprised by my strength. When I looked downward, I got an idea, and I leaped forward with her in my arms.
  • Naomi gasped in shock, but I landed safely. Then, she looked at the cave behind her, incredulous. “That was a two meter jump, and you did it while holding me?”
  • “I had an encounter.”
  • “What kind?”
  • When I tried to tell her, nothing would come out of my mouth. No matter how hard I tried, something felt stuck, stopping me from telling her the story. Oh wait. He said he would only let one person inherit his legacy. No wonder I can’t tell.
  • I sighed. “Nothing. I’ve always been really strong, but I just never showed it. Let’s go. I’ll take a shower, then you take me to that cave.” After that, I took her to the pond quickly, my strength astonishing her. Then, I leaped into the water and washed myself off. Ah, that’s the stuff.
  • After I came up, I was greeted by Naomi gawking at me, as if she had seen something marvelous. “What’s wrong?” I asked.
  • “Y-Your pockmarks a-are gone,” she mumbled.
  • “My pockmarks?” I touched my face curiously and found out it had become silky smooth. That pill can do this too?
  • Naomi suddenly looked reserved. “Y-You’re handsome now. Y-You must hate me, I think.”
  • “No!” I gave her a hug and told her sternly, “I am not going to abandon my wife! You’re my one and only wife! My love for you will never change!”
  • “W-Well, that might be a lie, but I’m still happy you said that.”
  • “Let’s go. John needs us.”
  • Then, I asked her to bring me to the cave. By then, dawn had broken, and I could see everything clearly. When we got closer, we heard a blood-curdling scream piercing the air. I looked closer and saw those b*stards from Class Three ganging up on John. He was already gravely injured and bleeding from head to toe. D*mn them! If it was a day ago, I’d have to give them a wide berth, but not after what happened. Thus, I roared, “Stop, you b*stards!”
