- In a nutshell, for ages, I have been suffering from sleep deprivation caused by a consistent lack of sleep or reduced quality of sleep for several months. Whenever problems beset my business, I will be as restless as a bull with thorns on my ribs. Without my sleeping pills, my eyes would not lull me to sleep.
