• “Father, I don't see why we need to merge with Sterling Capital,” Jack said, his voice firm. “We're strong enough on our own.” He added as he sliced a piece of steak. The Hamilton family were having lunch at the table and the atmosphere was tensed as always.
• “Strength has nothing to do with it, Jack,” James replied in his usual gruff tone. “This merger will secure our legacy. We'll continue to be the biggest player in the real estate industry.”
• “But what about the risks?” Jack asked. "We can't just…pretend that they don’t exist.”
