Chapter 33 Thirty Three
- RYANS POV.
- I bounced from knee to knee, pacing by the window, my eyes peeled directly at the garage. My wolf and I had been uneasy all through.
- “She’s safe. She’s safe, okay, Beta Derek says she’ll be here soon, with him,” I repeated like a mantra, trying to convince my bubbling wolf, which seemed as though he was about to go on a killing spree. I’d never heard Ariel sound so scared, so desperate, so needy. For someone who’d always enjoyed doing things herself and tried her best to stand out tall, it had gotten to me as a shock. That phone call had me dead worried.
