Chapter 175 Cookies

• Serena's POV:
• After breastfeeding and spending time with the baby today, I felt bored and thought of something to keep myself busy. I had had enough rest over the weeks as Lucia and the nanny were always available to assist me with whatever I needed. I ate every time I wanted and always had more than enough rest, so I was beginning to get scared of my weight.
• I knew Adrian had to work and wouldn't be available to spend time with me until later in the evenings, or until when we had a proper vacation, so I didn't want to complain to him about being bored. Watching movies alone wasn't so much fun for me, and I didn't always want to do that with Lucia. She was nice and respectful, and I loved her enough, but I believed in maintaining some boundaries because she was still our employee. I didn't want too much familiarity to set in.
