Chapter 76

• Ketura walked down the hall leading to the dungeon with a smile on her face. The place reeked of so many distasteful things, but she was not bothered one bit by it as she made her way over to the dungeon that hosted Devon and the rest.
• Eliza and Gwen have been knocked unconscious and they dangled pitifully as their backs laid open from the constant whipping they have been receiving. The fact they have not healed was sign of the wolfsbane that was forced down their throats three times a day; it was a slow and painful way to put an end to anyone’s life.
• The rest of them, especially Devon were all bloodied and injured; they had old dried blood and fresh blood coated on them, it was a pitiful sight, but Ketura felt no sort of sympathy for them as she watched.
