Chapter 64 Future Mother-in-law

• "Hendry, it's almost five, we still need to get our takeout. Also, Mom had been questioning me all morning and afternoon about our dinner. She's getting suspicious and I can't deal with Mom being suspicious. She's scary." Sloan rattled off from their bedroom, walking towards Hendry's home office.
• Sloan wanted to leave his fiance for working too damn long. He already insisted that they go separately but Hendry said that they'll pick up dinner together and told Sloan that they won't be late.
• "Hendry seriously, work is still going to be there in the morning. Wait...what are you, that's not work!" Sloan has eyes like an eagle. He knew what was on Hendry's desk and those brochures were not work-related.
