Chapter 60 Sunday

• It has been more than one week since Brody was back from the hospital and Callie had been fussing over him like crazy. She loved him too damn much to watch him suffer. She had been a ball of nerves since the incident, but Brody was getting better and Sloan had come over more than enough to calm her down. Yep. She knew damn well that Sloan's visit was mainly for her benefit and she let their younger man help her in any way he could.
• "Where's Sloan?" Brody asked looking at the clock.
• "I'm here at your beck and call and you're asking for him?" Callie put her hands on her hips, totally teasing him when he knew that she was waiting on him too. It was Sunday and yesterday Sloan said that he'll be coming over with Hendry and also Brody's favorite bagels.
