Chapter 34

• “Who is he?” The ladies whispered, watching, enraptured as he made his way forward and the men held on to their mates and daughters as if terrified they would leave their sides and rush to Riven.
• Even with half of his face covered by his overgrown hair falling into his face, he still managed to catch the attention of the entire hall as he walked in. Again, my heart started to pound just from seeing him and as he walked a straight line towards me without taking his eyes off of me for a second, the world slowly faded away.
• “Is it fun?” He asked as he stopped in front of me with a smile so dazzling, it made all the camera lights that threatened to blind me all this while seem laughable.
