Chapter 45

• NATALI’S P. O. V.
• We were served pizza by the chef. The taste of the pizza made me hate Maverick more, it reminded me of home, it reminded me of the homemade pizza made by my mom; she was the best at making pastries. I made sure to eat enough as I have planned not to eat when I get back to Maverick’s house, I did not eat before leaving, I planned to remain that way.
• “Thanks food the pizza, it was amazing,” I said to Taylor while we walked us out of the house. He said he wanted to show me something, Abby yet decided to join us to see what he wanted to show me. We went up through the wide stairs and ended up in a very big library. It was like nothing I’ve seen before in my entire life. Even the library back in school wasn’t that big. I gasped as we strode into the very large room. ‘Whoa dude!” Abby exclaimed. It was an understatement if I said the library was beautifully stocked with books, and because reading is my thing, I was even more thrilled than explainable, the feeling was overwhelming.
