• MAVERICK'S POV:
• I looked at her when she walked into the living room standing in front of me, with hands akimbo. That black dress made her look like a goddess, especially with the way her hair fell to her shoulders, and her woman features were very vivid now. And for some reason that I didn't know, my cork shifted in my pants.
• She walked behind me into the car, I know I should have been a gentleman and opened the door for her but that wasn't my nature to open doors for women, I didn't know how to do that. It was some stupid shit.
