  • My brain was reading tired already, I wanted to go home. The music began to feel so loud to my ears. I was tired plus I didn't want to get wasted in any way. I needed to be at work the next day, and I'm not risking that because of alcohol. I knew I wouldn't go home to my mother's, I'd go home to my penthouse, I didn't want any interrogation from her side nor did I want her to send any message to my father about the fact that I still took alcohol. I avoided trouble at all costs. I couldn't just stop drinking, mostly alcohol helped me feel things around me, it gave me some serenity that I was still human.
  • After our two shots of tequila each, Levi invited some ladies over to our table. The girls looked beautiful and hot but that wasn't in my plan to hook up with any woman especially if it was in clubs; I wasn't that type of guy, I was a one-woman guy and since my last relationship with Ruth, love became tough, and my relationship with woman, blur. I had some principles which I didn't plan to break anytime soon. Levi didn't look tired at all, he seemed to be full of life. But I ignored the girls and drowned the last shot of tequila. I stood up to go find the bathroom, I was pressed.
