• NATALIE’S P. O. V
• He held me by the neck and then touched my nose with this annoying smile on his face before letting me go. Then he left the room, closing the door behind him. I let out a loud sigh of relief. ‘Thank God I didn’t die’ I thought to myself as I held my chest breathing in slow. I couldn’t say why I was scared of him or why he had such an effect on me. I exhaled and jumped into the bed. I called Abby to inform her that I was in Florence and also tell her how amazing the place was. It was indeed a very beautiful site to behold especially from the window in the room. It had a view of the water and it was beautiful. I took some pictures and sent them to her, she loved them. Abby was all about the art of life and its beauty.
• “Make sure you have fun, my friend. Have as much fun as you can take in, don’t starve yourself of anything, okay?” she said in her voice message and I nodded as if she was seeing me. I planned to have fun but I wasn’t sure how that fun was going to play out especially having Maverick around me, I would feel like someone was watching me all along. I sighed and tightened my eyes. Taylor hadn’t even opened any of my messages, it was really weird and very strange. It's been like many days since I spoke to him and since the last time I saw him. I was almost tempted to find his cousin’s number and call her, but I wouldn’t do that, like what if he just didn’t want to talk to me anymore. At least he should have just said something and not to just show up like that in my life to just disappear weeks later.
