• The moment I heard Alex’s voice through the mind link, I immediately rushed out of my room and headed straight for the courtyard where he had called me to meet him. But when I arrived, the bastard wasn’t there.
• I tried reaching out through the mind link again, hoping he’d respond, but the asshole had already blocked me. I couldn’t feel his presence anymore. How could he do that? I thought I was the only one who had control over the mind link, especially being an Alpha.
