• Irene’s POV
• In a split second, she kicked my leg causing me to stumble back a bit. But before she could make a run for it, I grabbed her ponytail, throwing her at the wall. As I tried to reach for her again, she grabbed my arm scratching me with her claws. I slapped her hard across the face and she fell against the desk pushing down the badge box.
• Lexie’s eyes rounded like saucers when it opened and nothing came out of it.
