• The air in the room felt heavy. Lucas and Ken had a serious look on their faces. Whenever it comes to organizing defense plans, we do it with every focus that we can muster, knowing we can’t afford for anything to go wrong. Lives can be taken in a snap. And judging by the extent to which this is going, nothing can be missed. I had no other choice but to inform the elders and the units fighting in the war about the lucky escape we just had with our water supply.
• The spy caught has still refused to speak. I asked him to be left alone for the time being. I do not think he is worthy of our attention that much.
