Chapter 59
- HERO POV
- I focused all my attention on Boston. He had recovered from his injuries, but the blood loss had taken a toll. His movements were a bit slower, and he was holding back, likely to avoid hurting anyone. He was only facing one wolf, yet he was clearly in control of the fight.
- At the beginning of the fight, Walker and Jeremy faced off one-on-one. They seemed evenly matched, trading blows with impressive skill. I wasn't overly concerned, though. Jeremy was a calculated fighter. He enjoyed studying his opponents' moves, so I knew he wouldn't rush into anything. He was happy to let the fight drag on, sizing up Walker's strengths and weaknesses. “Walker is a skilled fighter,” I commented, watching them circle each other.
