Why would Simon want something like that? Why did he not want to be king? I could not think of any reason good enough for him to want to abdicate.
• My eyes filtered round the room, resting on each of them. Seems like everyone already knew this except for me. Now, why did I feel like this meeting was called because they wanted to tell it to me. Maybe Simon has said this already, before I was found so they wanted to tell me before it is finally announced to the general public. I was thankful I was hearing it from them and not from outsiders the way I heard that Eva was adopted.
