Chapter 44 The Accusation

• Ekaterina, upon realizing that she had no other choice, took Inessa on a tour of the palace, not making much conversation with her. She particularly didn't know what to say to Ines because she wasn't sure of the she-wolf's feelings towards her brother and her as well. When they had gone around the palace, Ekaterina revealed that their tour had come to an end.
• "But won't you take me to the pack house?" Ines objected. "I'm sorry but I don't want to go there." Ekaterina revealed.
• "But why? You're the future Luna of this pack but you don't even go to the pack house? Is the place too common for you or do you feel like you're too good enough to mingle with the people there?" Ines questioned fiercely, the anger apparent in her voice.
