• Tia told Lewis about what Shannon had in mind, and Lewis did not object. Since Shannon had made her decision, they would hook her up with Rowan. Rowan agreed to it. He could go with whatever time Shannon was free. Shannon was in a hurry to find a good man after her father broke his leg, so she reserved a spot in an eatery in town. They would meet up the next day, while Tia and Lewis would chaperone her. Rowan had no objections. Besides, the newbie trial was over, and they had time, so he agreed to meet her at seven at night.
