• Shannon said that Lance knew nothing about what happened that night.
• The two were terribly drunk, and Lance was so out of it that he didn't even know who was who. Shannon herself was so drunk that she could barely remember how it started afterward. However, when he kept calling Tia's name in her ear, she completely came to her senses and pushed him away, then ran all the way home.
