• My week was a flop. Being the CEO of this huge company was beginning to take a toll on my mental health. I discovered that my manager, the supposedly capable Drake, was just an oaf, incapable of contributing to the company's success. Mark brought up Drake's failure to meet project deadlines casually, but I didn't pay attention until I realized that the guy lacked initiative, failed to communicate properly with the team, and showed little interest in the company's growth.
