Chapter 58 Chase (POV)

• As I feel tears of my mate land on my leg the anger inside me grew. They have my pups. They are the cause of my beautiful mate's tears. I want nothing more than to destroy them all for causing this sorrow. My allies along with my best trackers are all out there helping us to find our pups. And once we do discover who has them, they are dead. They have the future of this pack and Luna, and we will get them back safely. For now, I have to stay strong for Ammie. She needs me and I won’t let her down.
• A few days have passed with no word and my sweet mate is falling into a depression. She stays in bed and barely eats. I cradle her at night as she cries herself to sleep. During the day I take time to go out and join in the search. I can’t stay still. These are my pups. I have a suspicion as to who has them and believe me, I want to kill him but with that bond between Ammie and him, I cannot. I cannot even torture him without it hurting my mate. I am beyond angry. I want so badly to kill him and all who are involved.
