Chapter 51 Chase (POV)

• The battle is bad, and I am glad for the safe room. I know my mate and pups are safe with the others. Now I can focus on what is happening on my pack land. Rogues everywhere. I was able to call assistance from our neighboring ally to help so now we are together in this fight. I still am not sure if Jacob is behind this or not, but I am keeping my eyes open for him. So far it seems we are winning with the extra help of the Starlight pack and that makes me happy. We got this.
• It seems most of the dead I see are rogues which means it won’t be much longer until we get this battle finished. I am anxious to get back to my family.
• We managed to push the rogues back towards the lake on the western border and keep the fight away from the packhouse. The lake had plenty of open fields for the battle which is why I mind-linked my pack to push the rogues in that direction.
