Chapter 30 Amethyst (POV)

• As the weeks go by into months, I get bigger. I feel like I am the size of an elephant. Yet everyone is so kind and compliments me telling me how much I look like I am glowing. The pups are pretty lively inside, and it makes me think they are in a battle with one another. Mandy has been a goddess sent and I am so happy she is here to be with me. Her mate has proven himself with Chase and is now the second delta in command in the warrior ranks. Mandy is excited about his new status and as for Mandy? She found out she is a couple of weeks along with her own pup on the way.
• I told her she doesn’t have to work as she did in the other pack. After all her mate is now a delta. She can just be my sister and best friend. When Chase is working, she keeps me company and it feels wonderful having her here. I will be forever grateful that she picked up Beta Kyle’s card and made that call.
• I would hate to think what my life would be like if she had not. I could still be suffering at the hands of Jacob. Because of her I am free and mated to the most wonderful Alpha and carrying his pups.
