Chapter 34 Amethyst (POV)

• It felt good being home with my pups. Everyone has been great and wants to see the new alphas. Finally, back in our rooms, I can relax while the littles slept. I knew Chase had gone down to see Jacob and to question him. I want to see him myself so that I can get closure to that part of my past. I feel I need it. With him locked up, he cannot do anything to me, but Chase is against my seeing him.
• I know he only wants to protect me, but I need this. This man did horrible things to me, and I need this closure. I need to be one hundred percent able to move on and focus on my family and pack.
