Chapter 43 Chase (POV)

• The day of the funeral was a sad day for us all. I was proud of my mate and all the arrangements she had done. The send-off was sad but perfect. I am sure the Moon Goddess welcomed all the worthy warriors home. I stood there next to my Luna giving a speech as the loved ones all cried together while hugging their young pups. Afterward, we gathered in the dining hall for a meal. Ammie had told me of her day visiting the wounded warriors and encouraging them. She is the perfect Luna. I am truly blessed.
