• Ethan’s POV
• Steam curled from my skin as I stepped out of the bathroom, towel wrapped loosely around my waist. The cold air hit my damp skin, but it was nothing compared to the icy presence waiting for me inside my bedroom.
• I was startled as I walked out of the room to meet Lily sitting on my bed. What was she doing here? I had almost forgotten of her surprising return yesterday. To think that I spent years searching for her and now that she was here, I couldn’t care less.
