• I knew I shouldn’t bother him but I didn’t see any other options, I was desperate and so I called Mr. Bennett who had gone off to work and begged him to come home.
• It might be a whole Twenty thousand dollars for me, but for him it will be just twenty thousand dollars. It was a two month salary and even though I hadn’t worked for it, I knew he would loan me.
• I don’t care if I have to work for free for the next two months, as long as Mami is home safe, she is all that matters to me, she sacrificed everything for me and I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for her.
