An ocean of horror suffocated Helena as she watched her man getting dragged down the hallway. Her body jerked forward to help him, but Alara's hand on her shoulder stopped her. Helena scowled at her, and the nurse silently shook her head. Alara was right. If she did something to attract the guards' attention to them now, they were going to get in trouble, just like Keiran. She had to be wise with her decisions and think before she acted.
