Chapter 54 Lillah's Diary

• It seemed like a century to Brynlee waiting for the night, so she could read Lillah’s diary. Day seemed slow to her when she wanted night to come soon. And Levi just kept making noise around her. She knew the boy was overly enthusiastic about their current condition. They wouldn't be separated by anything other than if Levi had to go to school.
• Levi became very spoiled towards her. He followed her wherever she went and helped her clean up all the clothes she had unpacked from his mother's old wardrobe. They then opened one of the envelopes. The first envelope contained Levi's baby photos and Lillah's pregnancy photos. Brynlee suspected that Lillah had kept the photos in an envelope as a keepsake. Maybe Elyseen didn't allow her to display too many photos in his house.
• Brynlee felt pain when she saw pictures of Levi as a baby and Lillah when she was pregnant. All the photos only have portraits of Lillah and Levi. Elyseen was not in the frame. The photos seemed to tell Brynlee that Elyseen had never been with Lillah during her pregnancy. Lillah struggled alone when pregnant, when giving birth, and when raising Levi.
