Chapter 11 Wolves

• “It’s an ambush!” Aaron shouted, scrambling for his weapon as the wolves jumped onto the car and we followed suit, grabbing our weapons. But the windscreen shattered upon impact and my door flew open, sending me flying out of the car and onto the ground.
• “Aaron!” I yelled in terror as he ripped through the window. I scrambled to get my crossbow, but it fell out of my hand and onto the ground as one of our men’s headless body fell in front of me.
