Chapter 19 Caught Red Handed

• The classes ended and Annette was more than ready to return home, her head was aching from trying to keep her eyes open during the two hour long lecture she just had. Ann was used to boring professors and lectures, but today's was extremely boring. More than half of the student had their heads on the table, lost in their dreamland, while the others were either on their phones or watching movies.
• Ann and three other students were the only ones paying attention to the professor. Mia had left early to run an important errand and could not attend the last class. Ann was glad, her friend was not around to go through the hell she just went through.
• Gulping down the last drop of water from her bottle, she tossed it into the trash and headed outside to the car park where Darius was waiting, he leaned against the passenger's side of the car carried away on his phone.
