Before Vivi could react, someone had tossed her luggage in front of the hotel entrance.
Infuriated, she demanded for an explanation but nobody acknowledged her.
Hence, she helplessly called her company, hoping that they would send a car over to pick her up at the filming location.
After the call went through, the voice of the human resource department manager could be heard from the other end of the line. “Who is this?”
“It’s me, Vivi. The filming crew decided to replace the cast, so please get someone to send a car over and pick me up.”
“Vivi? I’m sorry, the manager called me personally moments ago to terminate your contract; we won’t be able to send a car over for you.”
